It will also naturally augment your existing skills – deepening the compassion and care you already bring to the important work you do.

Our planet is currently undergoing massive energetic shifts, and many of us are feeling the physical and emotional pull of these global changes deep within ourselves. A sense of restlessness, of unexplained and rootless anxiety, or a longing to step outside of the status quo without necessarily understanding the how and the why. If you have felt a desire to learn an energy healing modality, trust that your soul is signposting the way for you. And that the time is now to begin to move in alignment with this collective evolution. You are being called to anchor higher light and balance: for yourself and your own journey of self-healing, along with the sacred work of assisting those around you.
If your heart answers yes to these questions, you are in the right place. I offer small-group training in two beautiful complementary healing modalities: the traditional Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing, and the ChakrascensionTM system of energy healing.
✨ The Usui Reiki Training Path
- Reiki Level I (Shoden): First Teachings. Here the focus is on opening your energy channels, learning the history of Reiki, its Precepts, and the beginnings of the Reiki lineage within which you will take your own place, and help to grow. You will learn grounding and protection techniques, receive the sacred Reiki Attunement at Level I, and be shown how to give yourself a self-healing treatment, as well as how to give healing to friends, family, loved ones, and pets.
- Reiki Level II (Okuden): Inner Teachings. Your practise is deepened and enhanced here as you are introduced to the sacred symbols. Your attunement at Okuden expands your own energetic capacity further still, opening you so that you can accommodate and work with a faster, more concentrated flow of infinite universal life force healing energy. You will learn distance healing, emotional clearance, and at this level can qualify to practise professionally. (Coming Soon)
- Reiki Master & Teacher (Shinpiden): Mystery Teachings. This level represents not the end, or the pinnacle, but the true beginning of the healing journey. Full responsibility is taken for one’s own energetic vibration, self-healing and continuous alignment with universal life force. The Master symbols are encountered here, and the opportunity to step into the sacred role of teaching and attuning others. (Coming Soon)
✨ The Chakrascension™ Training Path
- First Steps: Learning at this level is accessible to all – from younger children, to energy workers interested in experiencing the frequencies of working with high vibration Ascended Master energy before moving forward to study at Level 1. The student here is introduced to the human chakra system with focus on vibrational stabilisation and grounding in preparation for subsequent activations.
- Level 1: Learning at this level focusses on the activation, self-healing, and balancing of your own primary chakras. This is to anchor in the frequencies of the Foundational Ascended Master energies, and assist with clearing one’s own energy channel. The symbols are taught for deep personal healing and preparation. - Level 2: Training and awareness are expanded at this level so that practitioners can begin to give professional treatments to others. Additional symbols are taught so that others can be activated to the energies of the Ascended Masters at Level 1.. (Coming Soon)
- Levels 3, 4 & 5 (Master/Teacher): More symbols are learned and the energies of new Ascended Masters are introduced to enhance the overall connection with them. Students are taught to expand learning and awareness to working at the sub-personal and trans-personal chakra level; to send energy over distance; forwards and backwards in time, and to the Earth’s own chakras. Connection with one’s own multi-dimensional self and Light Body work are taught, culminating in full activation to be able to transmit this high-vibrational system to the next generation of healers. Forthcoming Events
Join me at the next in-person training day, to be held on Friday 25 September 2026 at The Avebury Social Centre. This very special Reiki Level I course benefits from the residual energy of the Autumn Equinox falling just days earlier, and the unique vibration of Avebury where we will be held by the energies of the ancient stone circle and its surrounding landscape.
